What’s for Supper? Weekly Meal Plan 07.23.18

I cannot believe that it’s almost August.  Time needs to slowwww down.  Last week wasn’t too bad in the heat department, but it was still summer, so.  I still didn’t want to cook.  Technically I only cooked once last week since I only turned on the oven one time, but everyone had food, so I count it as a win.

Here is what we ate last week:

Monday – July 16

  • Hamburgers
  • Chips
  • Pickles
  • Raw onions and tomatoes on the side

Tuesday – July 17

  • Whatever you can find in the fridge or freezer.  It’s too hot to cook people!

Wednesday – July 18

Thursday – July 19

  • Soup beans with cornbread or rice
  • Salmon
  • Roasted veggies:  Potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and onions

Friday – July 20 | Saturday – July 21 | Sunday – July 22

Home with the family to pick up one of my nephews for a few weeks!  Yay!
