It is officially summer at my house. It doesn’t matter that it won’t OFFICIALLY be summer for another month, it’s summer. School is finally out, the tempertures are staying above 75* every day, there is NO chance of frost, so it’s summer. We all know this is not my favorite season, but there are perks to be found.
I have central air and can hide in my house until fall. Summer means garden fresh vegetables to eat, yum! And I’ll be at the beach at some point, one of my favorite places in the world. It doesn’t matter what beach, just as long as there is an ocean that I can stick my toes in, I’m a happy girl!

Monday – May 21
- Italian Panko Chicken
- Salt potatoes
- Green beans
- Roasted onions and zuccini

Tuesday – May 22
- Tuna sandwiches
- Chips
- Pickles
- Strawberries
Wednesday – May 23
- Soup beans with cornbread (or rice if your name is Olivia)
- Salmon
- Roasted sweet potatoes, onions, and cauliflower
Thursday – May 24
- Tomato sandwiches
- Chips
- Pickles
- Krispie Kreme Doughnuts
Friday – May 25
- Chinese food, Yay!
Saturday – May 26
- Leftovers! One of the things I LOVE about chinese food is that I won’t have to cook for at least two days. I love it.
Sunday – May 27
- Hamburgers
- Chips
- Pickles
- Raw onions and tomatoes
