What’s for Supper? Weekly Meal Plan 05.21.18

We are winding things up, school wise, here in Virginia.  Thank you, Lord.  Seriously.  I don’t think that I could take much more this year.

Annnnnddddd, it is officially summer in regards to the temperatures.  I am melting.  Denton and I spent around three hours Sunday working in the yard and the flower beds.  We mowed and mowed and mowed.  I am devising ways to eliminate the grass we have.  I’ll keep you updated on my success!  We also put our tomatoes and pepper plants in the ground with my roses.

I also divided my red Asian lilies, I hope I didn’t kill them.  But anyway, you are here for the food!

Here’s what we ate last week.


Monday – May 14

  • Leftovers from Mother’s Day!  I had a Shrimp Po’ Boy and fries!

Tuesday – May 15

  • Hamburgers
  • Chips
  • Pickles
  • Raw onions and tomatoes

Wednesday – May 16

  • Kielbasa
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Roasted Asparagus, onions, carrots, and broccoli

Thursday – May 17

Friday – May 18

  • Leftovers!

Saturday – May 19

  • Frozen pizza – it was the Wild Mike’s.  Those things are actually pretty good for a frozen pizza!

Sunday – May 20

  • Hot Dogs
  • Chips
  • Pickles
  • Strawberries – YUM, we are finally getting good strawberries again!
